Application Requirements and Guidelines

IMPORTANT: To protect yourself from scams and fraud, please note:
- Only pay the application fee through the official payment channels specified on this website.
- Only accept official communication from NIPA staff through email addresses ending in @nipa.ac.zm, @edu.nipa.ac.zm or phone numbers listed on this official website.
- Be cautious of unsolicited messages, calls, or emails requesting payment or personal information.
- Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
- If you receive suspicious communications claiming to be from NIPA, verify directly with admissions@nipa.ac.zm before taking any action.
To complete your application, please ensure that you adhere to the following requirements:
Academic Documents
- Scan and attach certified copies of your certificate or statement of results.
- If you have additional academic qualifications (e.g., certificate, diploma, degree), scan and attach certified copies of those certificates.
Identification Document
- Scan and attach a copy of your National Registration Card (NRC). If you are unable to do so, please provide either a passport or a valid driver’s license.
Uploading Documents
- Upload your documents in three parts only:
- Grade 12 Certificate
- NRC or Passport
- Academic / Professional Qualifications
- If you have multiple pages or more than one document for any part, combine them into a single file before uploading. To combine documents into a single file i.e. for NRC and Passport or Academic Qualifications, you can use the following online resources:
- All documents must be certified, in PDF or image format, and must not exceed 4MB per file.
Entering information
- Fill in all required fields accurately and completely.
- Ensure that all information entered matches the details on your documents.
- Enter phone numbers in their 10 digit format without spaces or special characters. i.e 0971234567 or 0966554433
- Use a valid and frequently checked email address for correspondence.
- When providing your email address and phone number, double-check for accuracy to avoid communication issues.
Application Fee Payment
You are required to pay a non-refundable application fee of ZMW 191.
Your application will not be processed until payment is received. Please ensure all payment details are entered correctly, as the process is automated and any errors may result in delays or complications. Instructions for payment will be provided after you complete the application form upon logging in.
Login Credentials and Communication
- You will be provided with a username and password during the application process. Please securely store these credentials, as they will be required to check your application status.
- A valid email address and phone number are mandatory for communication purposes. Ensure that the information you provide is accurate and up to date.
- If you forget your password, you can request a reset by emailing admissions@nipa.ac.zm, and a new password will be sent to your inbox.
Submission Deadline
Your application will not be considered unless all required documents are submitted.
